How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email

All transactions are processed in USD currency.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You can request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@mumaxgerman.com.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Do you provide warranty or technical support?
